Scope
These terms apply to use of intel.neosec.io by anonymous visitors (public tier), subscribers (email tier) and customers (contract tier).
Registration
Public tier: no sign-up, IP-based rate limiting. Subscriber: double-opt-in by email. Customer: separate contract with NEOSEC.
Subscriber tier
Free. Extended API limits, newsletter, RSS and MISP feeds. Terminable any time via self-service link in every newsletter mail.
Customer tier
Estate correlation against your own CMDB/Wazuh inventory, mandatory TOTP, webhook reliability, MISP pull integration. Pricing per contract.
Acceptable use
No automated mass scraping, no reverse engineering beyond documented rate limits, no redistribution of content without attribution.
Availability
We target 99.5 % annual availability but offer no binding SLA for the public tier. Customer SLAs are contractual.
Liability
Liability for intent and gross negligence is unlimited; for ordinary negligence only on breach of cardinal duties and limited to typical foreseeable damage.
Data protection
The privacy notice at /datenschutz applies.
Termination
Subscriber: any time, no form required. Customer: per individual contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is Mönchengladbach where the contract partner is a merchant.
Severability
If a provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
